Jamaas Britton

Jamaas Britton (He/Him/His) is a senior Acting MFA Graduate candidate at UNCG. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theater from Limestone College, now known as Limestone University. Jamaas is in the beginning stage of his career but has been blessed to have done a multitude of projects on and off the UNCG campus. He has done some commercial work, short and featured films, and musicals for projects in and outside of the department. He is very excited to expand his horizons outside of performing and into playwriting! He hopes to continue to learn to hone his craft as an theatre practitioner and is working towards helping others experience what theater is all about. He thanks God, his family, and friends for all of their support.

Hello! My name is Minnie Jones I am a junior at UNCG getting my degree in theatre and a minor in sociology. I made my first main stage debut at UNCG in the production Winnie the Pooh as the owl! My sophomore year. I am excited to co direct for the black amplified theatre festival on the piece Emasculated and can’t wait to see the creative minds all together.

Hello! My name is Corrine Clement, and I am currently a Freshman at UNCG! It gives me great pleasure to be reading for the play Emasculated as for the character, Nadia. Courtney Swank (Stage Manager) is a senior BFA Drama: Design and Technical Production student at UNCG. Her past productions include Assistant Stage Manager on The Passion of Antígona Pérez and Into The Woods and Stage Manager on Tartuffe. She is beyond grateful to have been given the opportunity to work with so many incredible and talented actors, writers and mentors!
