The first floor of the house Mom raised Cam in. It has a living room, a kitchen, and a back patio. The house is in a major city on the East Coast, not farther north than Pennsylvania and not farther south than North Carolina either.

J Wilson
J Wilson (they/them) is a sophomore at Guilford College, double majoring in Theatre Studies & Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies with a minor in Education Studies. Their past work at Guilford College includes playing Creon in Burial at Thebes and directing Stick Fly and playing the role of Flip in that production. They’ve been an actor since elementary school and a director since high school, but this is their first venture into playwriting.

Kaia Brown
Kaia Michelle Brown is a Junior in Professional Theatre Major with a concentration in acting, at North Carolina A&T State University, from Durham, NC. You may have seen her in A&T’s productions of TARTUFFE, THE SOUL OF CHRISTMAS, and DREAMGIRLS. Kaia is ecstatic to make her directorial debut and hopes you not only enjoy the show but learn from it!

Elijah Slater is a Professional Theatre student in the BFA program at North Carolina A&T. With a passion for acting, singing, dancing and helping others, he hopes to start off his professional journey teaching at a collegiate level. Alongside his dreams with being on stage, he plans on showcasing his talent within film then, eventually a music career. Mr. Slater was previously seen in MEND A CITY at the Amplifying Black Voices Festival and SOUL OF CHRISTMAS and DREAMGIRLS at North Carolina A&T. Elijah hopes that his talent continues to be a light for people to enjoy.

Courtney Swank (Stage Manager) is a senior BFA Drama: Design and Technical Production student at UNCG. Her past productions include Assistant Stage Manager on The Passion of Antígona Pérez and Into The Woods and Stage Manager on Tartuffe. She is beyond grateful to have been given the opportunity to work with so many incredible and talented actors, writers and mentors!
